My new timetable for 2019 is out now, from Pilates to Personal Training, to Group Cycle or Bootcamp Fitness – there is something for everyone.
My focus this year is on Pilates classes in small groups or 1-2-1 sessions. I run all my fitness classes at different venues in the area at Bourn, Cambourne and Comberton so hopefully you will find something that suits your needs and diary.
