After having my son, I started going to my local Bootcamp class and loved it so much it made my rethink my career in Finance. So, at the age of 37 I went back to study Fitness to become a Bootcamp and Spin Instructor.

Over the last few years I have continued my personal development and qualified in Personal Training and Fitness Pilates. I can also support clients with specific needs thanks to my qualifications and experience in orthopaedic conditions (see a full list of my qualifications below).

I work in the local community teaching my own classes and I also work for local gyms, sports centres and leisure centres. I have met some amazing people who I credit for making my classes so friendly and enjoyable.

I love supporting people to reach their personal goals whilst boosting their confidence, all while having lots of fun. I really enjoy weight training, running and of course running my classes.
