Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, and is a fun and effective exercise prescription. Fitness Pilates focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain and aims to identify basic postural imbalances and through the exercises will help to increase muscular balance, strength, flexibility and posture.

This class suitable for men and women of ages, levels and abilities.

Bootcamp Fitness

Train with Tara for a great motivational all over body workout for all abilities and anyone wishing to feel good, lose weight/tone, improve fitness levels, get back into shape after the birth of a baby, increase confidence and to have some fun and meet new friends.

We do a variety of different exercising methods, using body weight, HIIT,  kettlebells, tyres, ropes, weights, pad work, resistance bands and no two classes are the same and it’s a really lovely friendly supportive group.

Kettlebells

A total effective all over body session.

Using a cast iron weight this workout uses a combination of cardio and strength training.

Great for fat burning, Core strength and the posterior chain muscles.

Group Cycle

Indoor cycle class for a fun challenging workout to great tunes!

Burn

Burn is a great motivational all over body workout for all abilities.
Using a variety of different exercising methods, cardio, body weight, HIIT, Kettlebells, resistance bands and no two classes are the same.
