What information do I collect?
Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you. This will include name, address, email, telephone number and organisation you represent (if applicable).
This personal data, whether it is held on paper, digitally or via other media, will be subject to the appropriate legal safeguards as specified in the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (GDPR).
Any data you provide me, gives your consent for me to read and store this information in relation to your physical and mental health and suitability for classes that I offer. On my website I have a PARQ form (TFF ParQ form) that you must complete before you consider starting a class. There are specific health questions that I need to ask all clients, and regardless of how long you exercise with me I will store this information securely in accordance with my insurance requirements
How I use your personal information
I will only use your information to inform you of my classes and administration/notices related to these classes unless you sign up to future updates (consent will always be sought). I will only discuss your personal health answers with you directly and will store this securely in accordance with my insurance provider.
How I handle your information
I will never rent or sell your personal information to other organisations for use by them in any way.
Sharing your information with third parties – keeping your information safe
I will only disclose your personal information to third parties if we are legally obliged to. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud detection or criminal investigations and would request your consent.

I use my Facebook page and related groups to help communicate my classes and to help motivate you and build relationships with clients. I ask all clients for their consent to use pictures on social media and this information is collected via the PARQ form where you can opt out.
If you post or send any content linked to Tara’s Fitness Fusion that I believe to be inappropriate or content in breach of any laws, such as defamatory content, I may use your personal information to inform relevant third parties such as your internet provider or law or other enforcement agencies.
Posting or sending content that you do not own
I have the right to disclose your identity to any third party claiming to own any content that you posted.
Where do I store your information and how is it kept safe?
Data Security Policy
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is never 100% secure and I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to my website. This means any such transmission is at your own risk. In cases when I refer to external websites provided by other organisations (e.g. venues for classes), then we would ask you to consult their privacy policies.
